Burgau
Nestled on the edge of national Park and still a working fishing village. Breathtaking costal walks to neighbouring Luz and Salema. Burgau is an old fishermen’s settlement 10 km west of the historic town of Lagos, with narrow cobbled streets. It has remained lots of its character and is considerably more relaxed than many other resorts.
Most tourist accommodation is in small-scale low-rise apartments and villas.
Climate
Winter temperatures around 15 degrees centigrade and summer around 30. More than 3000 hours of sunshine per year.
